How to have better days....4 simple rules that I follow daily!
1. Wake up to something positive. Did you know that what you hear in the first 20 minutes of your day will set the tone for the entire day? The first 20 minutes of your day are th most important minutes of your day! Most people wake up and immediately start fighting with their kids or their spouses OR they turn on the news (which is full of negativity). Love yourself enough to give yourself 20 minutes of something positive, inspirational, and motivational and set your tone right!
2. Understand that you're going to have bad "moments" and that's okay. Get through them...and move on. Don't get stuck on the bad moments. Do not let a bad minute ruin your moment. Don't let a bad moment ruin your day. Most people get stuck on a single event in their life that they allow to ruin it for years to come. Don't get stuck in a moment.
3. Tell yourself that you're either IN your way or you're ON your way. There's no exception to this rule! Love yourself enough to forgive yourself and give yourself a new start each and every new day. Morning has broken...like the very first morning! That's why I listen to that song...it's a great reminder that each day is a new day!
4. Actively participate in your own life...actively participate in becoming the human being that you're supposed to become in this life. Take responsibility and BRING IT!
